We would like to congratulate our graduates of the 3-year apprenticeships, the graduates of the shortened apprenticeships, and the graduates of the dual courses of study on their graduation. It is particularly noteworthy that in the area of apprenticeships, three graduates completed with an overall examination result of "very good".
In addition to the subject-related content of their respective apprenticeships or courses of study, our trainees and dual students have learned to participate in the development of our innovative machines, to build them, program them, commission them, operate them, or to plan, control and implement commercial or logistical processes.
Additional knowledge and advanced skills were acquired. For example, our trainees were and are introduced to project work and working in interdisciplinary teams at an early stage, they qualify themselves with digital learning platforms and already work with digital Group products such as TULIP during their training and are thus ideally prepared for their future with us.
With a lot of commitment and strong performance, you have taken an important step forward. We are proud of you and say thank you for the successful, but also challenging time together.
