FAMOT awarded by the State Labour Inspection as a safe employer
FAMOT has received an award from the State Labour Inspection, a government agency that enforces the provision of labour law, including occupational safety and health regulations. The agency carries out its mission through effective and targeted inspections and preventive actions, aimed at reducing accident risks and respecting labour law.
The award was won in the annual contest organized by the Inspection under the title "Employer - organizer of safe work". The aim of the contest is to promote employers who provide the highest level of safety and health protection for employees, as well as exemplary compliance with labor laws and regulations on the legality of employment. The decision to award the prize in the form of a Mecum Tutissimus Ibis statuette is taken by the Chief of Labour Inspection on the proposal of the competition chapter, which, in addition to the jury of the State Labour Inspection, includes representatives of the largest representative trade union headquarters.
Companies from all over Poland with different business profiles took part in the competition. FAMOT was awarded in the category of employers with more than 250 employees. In addition, the winners of the competition will be included in the Golden List of Employers of the National Labor Inspectorate.
The award ceremony took place on November 22 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. FAMOT was represented by Ms. Izabela Spiżak, Managing Director, and Mr. Tomasz Szymkowiak, Head of the Occupational Safety Department.
Many thanks to all employees who help us to create and maintain safe working conditions. We are proud that FAMOT is one of the best safe employers!
