Four stars for future visions of DMG MORI

Strong together: cultural exchange at the 7th international DMG MORI Apprentice Cup.

The weekly business magazine stern asked 162 german companies how they are preparing for the future. The companies were able to prove themselves in four categories: entrepreneurial focus, employer profile, demography management and digital transformation.

DMG MORI convinced the experts with the topics digitization and sustainability. Overall, we received a total of four from five stars. This result shows, that we are on a good way. Every two years we check the employee satisfaction and create an open feedback culture. With events such as the international trainee cup we actively promote the coalescence of the Global One Company and that also across national borders. Because our employees are the basis for our success.
