Successful campaign for the typing of stem cell donors with the German Bone Marrow Donor Center (DKMS)
From mid-October to the beginning of November, our Group Youth and Apprentice Representatives held a stem cell donor typing campaign at the Pfronten, Seebach and Bielefeld sites. Employees were able to register with the DKMS in order to make a contribution to the fight against blood cancer and potentially save lives.
A total of 130 employees were recruited for the necessary typing during the campaign - a really good result in the fight against blood cancer. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank all participants and supporters, as well as the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the Group Works Council, and are already looking forward to possible follow-up projects in which we can express our social commitment.
