This year we hosted the 7th International Trainee Soccer Tournament, which has meanwhile become an absolute highlight in training. With that, strengthen team spirit, socialising and having fun were the top priorities!
More than 150 participants from our various locations around all over the world came together for this big event, which took place in Bielefeld in and around the Schüco Arena. This year the participants demonstrated again, how a globally successful company can pursue a common goal: Gain intercultural experiences and experience a fair tournament among friends.
The event started on Friday with an official greeting and the draw of the match pairings. After a guided tour through the stadium the trainees of the different locations could get to know each other at a barbecue or meet old acquaintances again. At Saturday the competition took place with a lot of fun, excitement and tension. The day ended with a party, lots of team spirit and above all: with new friends.
