This applies to the diversity of our colleagues, but also to the diverse needs of our business partners. Because we can only be successful if we recognize and utilize the diversity that exists. Everyone should be valued — regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity. Only when everyone feels accepted can potential be fully exploited.
