Young talents honoured in Pfronten

We at DMG MORI are proud to be one of "Germany's best training companies" and appreciate our young talents. Johannes Emmerich - from DECKEL MAHO Pfronten GmbH - stands out for his skills and demonstrates outstanding excellence as an industrial mechanic in the field of production technology. In 2021, he will be honoured as the best graduate of his year in the Allgäu.

Christian Thönes, CEO of DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, is proud of the commitment of the trainees at DMG MORI: "My very personal congratulations to our dual student Johannes Emmerich. There is no better way to complete the first year of studies. The future belongs to such talented and motivated young people at DMG MORI".

Together with Managing Director Reinhard Musch and trainer Markus Trenkle, Christian Thönes presented the trainee with the IHK certificate in Pfronten. "Training at DMG MORI is always interesting, international and offers many opportunities to help shape things. I am proud to be part of the DMG MORI family," says Johannes Emmerich. In addition to the award for best industrial mechanic, 20-year-old Lorenz Steinitzke also received a very special award for his excellent performance: his very good final certificate was rewarded with the Bavarian State Prize. And we at DMG MORI also wanted to show our appreciation to the two graduates once again. For this reason, they also received the DMG MORI Excellence Award.

"We are very pleased about these excellent achievements. DMG MORI apprentices are regularly among the best. We promote and inspire young talent at an early stage - internationally and digitally," says Markus Trenkle. High-quality training and intensive promotion of young talent are a top priority at DMG MORI. To give trainees every opportunity for further development, the topics that are part of DMG MORI's corporate philosophy are also anchored in the apprenticeship: Automation, digitization, and sustainability. This gives our graduates the best opportunities to succeed in the modern working world.
