Training at DMG MORI is very diverse and modern. It takes place in a very pleasant working environment and there are a lot of different opportunities for further training and advancement.
Please provide a short description of the content of your traineeship:
In my first training year, I completed a metal processing course. I then went on to learn all about pneumatic and hydraulic systems as well as their components and assemblies. The course on turning and milling on conventional machines and a CNC one was also very interesting.
Working in different areas of the company has given me a good overall view of all the structures and jobs in an internationally active group of companies. Recently I took part in an exciting workshop on the subject of “Lean production & lean management”. Here we designed and improved devices and means of transportation.
