Become a DMG MORI process coordinator (CIP)
Clearly structured and flawlessly functioning processes are crucial for successful and customer-oriented operations in a modern and globally active industrial company. As process coordinator you will have an essential role to play here. You’ll carry out the planning, execution and assessment of projects for process optimization, and document the findings. You’ll also play an important role in carrying out internal and external audits and employee training.
Your duties
- Planning and execution of process optimization projects derived from company strategy
- Securing and documentation of the expected project results
- Documentation of company policy and goals, and company-relevant processes and documents
- Independent securing of the effectiveness of the document management in accordance with internal and external specifications
- Specification updating, maintenance of the online system for internal publication
- Independent execution of special operations training on the management system, work safety and the CIP process
- Leading plant tours for new hires and visitors
Your profile
- Completed study at a 3-year technical university or business school (e.g. Bachelor degree), ideally with major in quality management and further qualifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
- Knowledge of management systems (quality management / occupational safety management / environmental management)
- Sound knowledge of process operations in machine tool building
- Competence in project management
- Knowledge in LEAN and CIP methods
