As a DMG MORI regional Field Service Engineer, you assist customers with your expertise. You will carry out maintenance and repairs and assist our service experts in the service hotline as needed in finding solutions. Your main duty is on-site problem solving. Your duties

Diagnostics and troubleshooting for our customers’ diverse technical issues
Remedying any problems that arise, and carrying out on-site repairs
Commissioning of machines and components
Carrying out diverse maintenance work

Your profile

Completed technical degree with knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, or electronics
Technical expertise through several years’ experience in field service (maintenance and repair) or in the commissioning and/or servicing of lathes and/or milling machines
Practical experience with DMG MORI machines desired
Confident handling of CNC controls (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Mitsubishi or MAPPS)
Service-oriented approach, friendly manner and enjoys direct customer contact
Willing to travel within the regional service area, highly flexible
