Become a DMG MORI service solutions manager
As service solutions manager, you act as a competent contact partner to our customers for all DMG MORI areas of service. In close coordination with our customers, you’ll identify their relevant service needs and offer optimum service solutions for their machines. You’ll also present the various services and service products of DMG MORI at trade fairs.
Your duties
- Structured further development of the service product portfolio for the international and national market
- Creation of needs analyses and market analyses
- Coordination and support of the product creation process
- Internal coordination with service employees, sales, and marketing
- Sales planning and sales management in collaboration with regional sales and service companies
- Organize and carry out customer events
- Regular visits to customers and suppliers
- Trade fair participation
Your profile
- Successful course of study in industrial engineering or technical training with relevant advanced technician training
- Several years of vocation experience with sound knowledge in the area of mechanical engineering (service)
- Excellent conversational and written proficiency in English, proficiency in another language a plus
- Professional manner with customers, strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of own initiative and assertiveness
